    With the constant accumulation of Chinese enterprises’ economic strength, carrying out the” Go out Policy” has already entered in a new stage, exerting a great influence on boosting and driving our national economy.The year 2008 witnessed the America’s subprime crisis that aroused a worldwide financial disaster, which created a new opportunity for our enterprises to go out.This forum provided a chance for enterprises to discuss the issue how to run transnational operation.
    It is reported that Development Research Center of the State Council, some relevant leaders of Commerce Department, foreign friends from Germany and Swiss, business and financial circle from Shandon Province, the media as well as almost 600 enterprises have taken part in this forum.
