On June 27th, Tianjin Hexi District People's Government observed the grand opening of ceremony for hiring "Legal Counsel of Hexi District People's Government".Vice-secretary and waden of District Committe  Peng San,Member of the Standing Committee and District Committe and vice- routine-warden Chen Yuheng, Member of the Standing Committee and District Committe and vice-warden Wang Yaling, Vice-Warden Zhang zhonghan, Liu Yonggang, Sun Huiling and Wu Xingdong attended it. Wardern Peng San awarded each legal counsel the letter of appointment.Chief Lawyer in Jianjia Law Firm Zhang Jianqiang became one of the 9 lawyers offered appointment.

    Warden Peng requested every lawyer helped all the leading cadres improve their legal sense and the abilities of governing by law, making decision by law and administrating by law and provided all-round legal and intellectual support.On the ceremony, Warden Peng awarded Zhang Jianqiang and other lawyers the letter of appointment and declared these 9 lawers formally became Legal Counsels of Hexi District People's Government with the term of service from 2012 to 2016.
