------Visit and study in the memorial hall of the former site of the northern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee
The scorching sun and the scorching heat are hard to handle, but they still can't stop the determination of the "original heart" and the persistence of the "mission". On August 7, 2019, all members of the Party branch of Tianjin Jianjia law firm, adhering to the firm belief of "never forget the original mind and remember the mission", visited the "Memorial Hall of the former site of the northern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee".
The former Memorial Hall of the northern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee is located at No.19, longtaili, Heilongjiang Road, Heping District, Tianjin. Built in 1915, the house is a courtyard in a two-story building with brick and wood structure, covering an area of 121.22 square meters and a building area of 202.16 square meters. The former site is the office residence of the northern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee in Tianjin from March 1936 to February 1937. It was also the place where Liu Shaoqi lived when he was the Secretary of the northern Bureau.
In December 1935, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held a meeting of the Political Bureau in Wayaobao, Northern Shaanxi, and established the strategy and policy of the party's Anti Japanese national united front. In order to implement the spirit of the conference, Liu Shaoqi, appointed by the CPC Central Committee, arrived in Tianjin in March 1936 to preside over the work of the northern Bureau of the CPC. During his leadership of the northern Bureau, Comrade Shaoqi correctly analyzed the revolutionary situation in the north, comprehensively summarized the experience and lessons of the work in the white area, systematically exposed and criticized the mistakes of "left" opportunism in the work in the white area, and put forward the correct policies and strategic principles that should be adopted in the work in the white area, which played a great role in promoting the establishment of the Anti Japanese national united front. At the same time, the party organizations in North China were rebuilt and strengthened. By the end of 1936, the number of Party members in Tianjin had grown from dozens to more than 400. The party organizations of Shandong Provincial Committee, Shanxi Provincial Committee, Henan Working Committee and several parties in central and South China were established, which made the Anti Japanese and national salvation movements in the north and Tianjin widely and deeply carried out. In this regard, the CPC Central Committee highly praised it. In the letter of instruction to the northern Bureau and Hebei provincial Party committee issued by the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee on August 4, 1936, he believed that Comrade Shaoqi's transformation of the work of the northern bureau "is the foundation for victory and a bright and brilliant future.". Therefore, the former site of the northern Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is an important revolutionary historical site of the party and an irreplaceable physical historical evidence of our party's work in the white area.
By visiting the memorial hall and reviewing the development process of our party, we can make everyone more aware of the hardships and firm revolutionary belief of the revolutionary predecessors for the party and the people, and further strengthen the ideal and belief of all members of the law firm that they should "never forget their original mind and keep their mission in mind", so that everyone is more aware that as a member of the Communist Party of China, we should strive to inherit and carry forward the hardships of the predecessors The revolutionary spirit of struggle, with full enthusiasm and responsible attitude, does well in their own work, does not forget their original mind, remembers their mission, puts their career in mind, shoulders their responsibilities, holds their work in hand, and reports to the motherland with dedication.
