On October 11, 2019, Tianjin Jinnan District human resources and Social Security Bureau launched the training activity of "lecture hall of harmonious labor relations in 2019 in Jinnan District". Our lawyer Zhai Zhongyu was invited to conduct two trainings for more than 180 enterprises in Jinnan District.

In the morning, Zhai trained more than 90 enterprises on "analysis of 30 practical issues under the new regulations of Tianjin Labor Contract". The training focused on the guiding opinions and implementation rules issued by Tianjin Higher People's court and Tianjin human resources and Social Security Bureau in 2018, combined with the typical labor dispute cases in Tianjin in the past 10 years. In the afternoon, with the title of "enterprise rules and regulations compliance and risk management" and in combination with the latest regulations of Tianjin on labor issues, Zhai comprehensively shared the common legal problems and risk prevention in the formulation, modification and practical operation of rules and regulations for another 90 enterprises. After the sharing, we had a Q & A exchange with the representatives of the enterprises participating in the training on common practical problems, and the participants said that they benefited a lot. In order to achieve the common development of enterprises and employees, maintain a stable labor order, create a good economic environment, and promote the construction of harmonious labor relations is the goal of joint efforts of government departments and enterprises. Standardizing the employment management behavior of enterprises and realizing the stable development of enterprises on the premise of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers are the top priority of building a harmonious labor relationship and the main goal of this training.
